The joint meeting on September 28th with the Parks Commission and City Council went well. The City Council voted to accept the recommendation of the Parks Committee to create a dog park at Andover Station North (ASN) on the condition it is approved by the EDA (Economic Development Authority) and private donations are obtained for the fencing.
