A small group of Andover, Minnesota citizens decided to go to the Andover City Council and request space for an off-leash dog park. This website was created to keep residents of Andover informed about the progression on making a dog park a reality.

As of June 2010, we have meet with the Park and Recreation Commission and the city council and were asked to gather support for this project. Please sign the petition and let your voice be heard! We will have a booth at the Andover Family Fun Fest to help spread the word. The next Park and Recreation Commission meeting scheduled to discuss the dog park project will be July 15, 2010 at 7PM. We plan to present the Commission with a list of interested dog owners and discuss possible locations for the dog park.
